Mike came out to fix our new fire pit. The poor guy worked on it for close to two hours and ultimately determined he couldn't fix it. He did however provide us with several solutions to the problem which he said he would be happy to perform but didn't want to proceed because it would likely void the warranty on the new fire pit. We contacted the company about their faulty design and they are going to send out new parts to hopefully resolve the problem and we will be asking Mike to come install them when they arrive! Additionally, Mike only charged us for his time instead of the previously agreed upon house call fee because he couldn't fix the problem which I thought was very considerate of him.
