I would Highly Recommend All Seasons to others. They responded quickly to inquiry. Very courteous on phone. came out and did estimate. Received quote and was able to set up installation shortly after. Arrived promptly. Very courteous. Took great care of my property, cleaned up after. good valve for what I was looking for. They let me know they can do more then just fireplaces. Will considered for other work. Great people to work with.

Mike came out to fix our new fire pit. The poor guy worked on it for close to two hours and ultimately determined he couldn't fix it. He did however provide us with several solutions to the problem which he said he would be happy to perform but didn't want to proceed because it would likely void the warranty on the new fire pit. We contacted the company about their faulty design and they are going to send out new parts to hopefully resolve the problem and we will be asking Mike to come install them when they arrive! Additionally, Mike only charged us for his time instead of the previously agreed upon house call fee because he couldn't fix the problem which I thought was very considerate of him.

Any more it seems people want to do a subpar job, get paid inflated prices and not be held accountable. This company was respectful and willing to make things right! It was refreshing to see customer service out front of the paid service. They were also reliable and fast to schedule with.

Pellet Stove works like a charm and looks great! They were awesome to work with and had a the best price to go with it. Tom was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about swamp coolers. He had the swamp cooler up and running quickly after getting the part that we needed. We had to call on Tom a second time when we developed a leak from the swamp cooler. Tom was able to track the problem down in the attic and fix it. We will definitely use this company again.
